RETURN POLICY

Returns are not accepted except in cases of errors on our part or damage incurred during transit.


Eligibility for Returns:
If your item was damaged or if a mistake was made by us, please contact us with a clear photograph of the damaged packaging or product.

How to Initiate a Return:
To begin a return, contact us at hello@aceanduka.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Print Damage:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days of receiving your package if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
